Set in the heart of South Wharf, the stylish multi storey Hilton Melbourne South Wharf hotel located on the edge of the Melbourne CBD on the South Bank of the Yarra River and is fully integrated with the new Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. 

 

Technical specifications

HY-TEC’s North Melbourne concrete plant supplied 20,000 m3 of concrete ranging from 20 Mpa up to 80 Mpa over a 8 month period.

Project details

The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre is superbly located right in the heart of Melbourne on the edge of the Yarra River.  The most versatile and advanced convention and exhibition centre in the Southern Hemisphere, it has been awarded a “6 Start Green Star” environmental rating by the Green Building Council of Australia

Technical specifications

HY-TEC’s North Melbourne concrete plant supplied 50,000 m3 of high strength Special Class concrete ranging from 20 MPa up to 100 MPa over a 12 month period with each individual concrete pour requiring an average of 50 concrete trucks.
